As a mom of two and the wife of an active‑duty service member, I’ve experienced firsthand the challenges of motherhood without a built‑in support system. Moving across the country for my husband’s career meant leaving behind my community and navigating motherhood largely on my own. Through this journey, I came to truly understand how essential a village is for mothers and caregivers—and how often it is missing.
Many mothers and caregivers struggle to find the resources and support they need, often feeling overwhelmed by an endless cycle of searching for help online. That’s when I knew something had to change.
I founded Connecting Mothers Initiative to be the modern‑day village—a place where mothers and birth givers can find comprehensive, accessible resources and forge meaningful connections. Our mission is to close the critical resource awareness gap and build a supportive community, ensuring no one has to face the challenges of motherhood alone.
