Summary
Hand to Hold® is a nonprofit that helps parents before, during, and after their baby’s stay in the NICU. They give free emotional support, helpful information, and a caring community. Parents can talk one-on-one with trained peers or licensed counselors, join support groups, and use a free app to connect with others. All the staff have personal NICU experience, so they understand what families are going through. Hand to Hold also offers podcasts, webinars, and other learning tools, plus a store with NICU-related items.
