Peer Support Groups: Over 50 free, virtual support groups led by trained facilitators, covering topics like PPD, anxiety, NICU parenting, military life, and LGBTQ+ parenting.
Peer Mentor Program: Thoughtfully matches individuals in recovery from perinatal mood disorders with trained volunteers who have lived through similar experiences.
Specialized Support Coordinators: Access to over 400 local volunteers who provide localized resource lists and "specialized" coordinators for unique situations (e.g., loss, multiples, or birth trauma).
Chat with an Expert: Weekly live phone forums (separate sessions for moms and dads) facilitated by licensed mental health professionals to answer questions anonymously.
Resources for Dads: Dedicated support groups, "Chat with an Expert" sessions for men, and educational materials specifically for partners.
