Dear NICU Mama is a nonprofit that supports moms and birth-givers who have had babies in the NICU. They offer free and low-cost help like online peer support groups, educational podcasts, and a resource library. They also host virtual events like workshops and support nights, and send care kits to hospitals to give to NICU families. Their goal is to help NICU moms feel less alone, share their stories, and heal from trauma. Dear NICU Mama was started by two moms who went through the NICU themselves and found strength through connection and community.
